The pictures on this website were taken by my father, Roy C. Gibson, Jr.  They were taken between  the years of 1963 and 1965 while he was in the Army.  He served in the Advisory Team #2 in, I believe, the 2nd Infantry.  At the time he lived in Pennington Gap, Virginia.  If you knew him, or if there are pictures of you or someone you know on this website, please feel free to contact me.  Some of the pictures were taken around hill #60 on the Danang River, which apparently is where he was stationed.  There are also pictures of Payne Campground, Saigon, China Beach, Marble Mountain and Nong-Son.

Roy Gibson was killed in a car accident in 1984 and is dearly missed by his friends and family.
